Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or reschedules, but you’re welcome to stay in the Discord community and join the next event. If we can find a replacment team, or their are enough team to go ahead without you participating, then we may be able to move you registration over to anotehr tournament- this is not guarnteed.

Tickets are tied to your registration and can’t usually be transferred. Contact support if there’s a genuine reason and we’ll see what we can do.

Usually, 80–85% of all entry fees go straight into the prize pool. The final amount is confirmed before the tournament starts.

Entry fees help build the prize pool — usually about 80–85% goes straight to the winners’ fund, and the rest covers event costs. Since tournaments run on set dates, entry fees can’t be refunded once you’ve signed up.

Absolutely! Our tournaments and digital content are open worldwide unless a specific region restriction is mentioned. Please bear in mind that all tournament are hosted in the UK, unless otherwise mentioned. thus meaning your ping (latency) will most likeyl be higher than the UK and EU players.
